[rt-pmc] Project representation

As discussed in the PMC meeting a few days ago, we want to ensure that all RT projects have representation on the PMC. I did a mini-audit and report my findings below. I have listed the project lead where there currently is no participation. It is however at the discretion of the project as to who should be the project representative.
ECF - Scott Lewis?? (new)
DEAP (aka Virgo) - Glyn Normington?? (new)
EMP (aka Gemini) - Mike Keith?? (new)
Equinox - Jeff/Tom
eRCP - Mark Rogalski
Jetty - Jesse McConnell (participating but not formally listed)
EclipseLink - Doug Clarke
RAP - Jochen Krause
Riena - Christian Campo (participating but not formally listed)
SMILA - Igor/Sebasitan?? (new)
As you can see, only 5 of the 10 project have formal representation. Another 2 have representatives that are participating but are not formally listed as on the PMC in the foundation database. The remaining three projects do not currently have any representation (formal or informal). The task at hand is to rectify that situation.
I have spoken with the Virgo and Gemini folks and believe that Glyn and Mike are the respective reps (though I will ask them to formally propose that on this list). I am sending messages to the SMILA and ECF folks to elicit their nomination. It seems obvious in the case of ECF so I filled in Scott but again, that should come from the project. We will await SMILA's response.
