I agree with Mark on the lower case 'e'clipse and uppercase 'RT' should be required. My personal preference is 20 or 22 for color. I do not see much of an improvement on the graphic for 23 - 26. The logo from 23-26 was my original favorite from the first round but it needed some improvements like a better fit for square icons. So my vote has shifted to the first logo from 19-22.
