[rt-pmc] Help center for RT projects

Hi,
Is there a help center for the RT projects, similiar to help.eclipse.org.
I see that documentation related to Equinox and RAP is already
available in help.eclipse.org.
eRCP's ISV documentation is on DSDP project's help center [1] for now.
What is the preferred place to put the documentation for RT projects?
Should there be a RT help center?
