[recommenders-dev] Sonar reports for org.eclipse.recommenders

Hi recommenders-dev,

thanks to Mickael Istria we now have Sonar code quality reports for the recommenders master project [1]. 

Creating the reports add another extra 5 minutes to the build time, thus, I decided to create an additional build job that runs once a week (on Monday night, 23:00 - some timezone :-) ) and builds the stats for the master branch.

There are a couple of complaints worth looking at and I started to fix a few. Everyone who wants to help clearing a few of these issues is welcome to push his contributions to Gerrit. 

I also would like to make this a coordinated effort for committers of Recommenders  next Wednesday.

Test coverage is currently not collected. I haven't looked into this. Anyone who want's to check and contribute in this area, the bug report to interact with Mickael is [2].

We may extend the stats collection to your incubators soon. Let me know if you are interested.
