I see you've given it another nudge - if we still get no reply on that in a few days time I'll reach out to the tech PMC and/or Wayne directly, to see what the holdup is.

In the meantime I am fairly confident that there will not be an impediment in using this. I suggest that you go ahead and start using it on your feature branch - but if you can, please hold off on actually merging this to the develop branch until we have heard back (so as not to block a release).

It might just be a matter of giving the IP team a gentle nudge. Or we can ask someone from the Tech PMC to take a look.
