Re: [rdf4j-dev] 3.1.0 release this Thursday

Btw welcome Marco, not the best first impression we gave you there I'm afraid :)

RDF4J should be compatible with Java 8 through to Java 11 - we test with both. I haven't personally tried Java 13 yet so can't say if that would cause problems. Maven 3.6 should be fine (I'm on 3.6.1 myself). All tests _should_ be green. Let us know what's falling over for you and we'll try and see what's going on.

Cheers,

Jeen

issues mostly with tests and I can currently build succesfully without them

Don't worry about it. In fact don't revert either. We're close enough to release that it doesn't matter really.

Hi,

I’ve just noticed I’ve already accidentally merged develop into master two days ago when fixing an issue

(note to self: sit on hands and think before clicking github webeditor buttons)

I’ll revert the merge commit today and bring master back to the status of a few days ago

No harm was done to the develop branch

Apologies for the inconvenience / log polluting…

Best regards

Bart

Subject: [rdf4j-dev] 3.1.0 release this Thursday

Hi all,

Just a heads up that we will be releasing 3.1.0 this Thursday (February 6). Get your PRs in before that time, and please don't break the build. I'll probably merge develop into master on Tuesday, at which point we also feature-freeze for the release. We'll do finishing touches (last-minute urgent fixes) directly on the master branch.

Cheers,

Jeen
