Unfortunately we have to delay the 2.4 release pending outstanding CQs. I'll try and push through as quickly as possible so we can hopefully release beginning of August. I'll keep you posted. I'll also do a second milestone build instead of a full release on the 19th, so we have the latest stable build in the wild.
