A committer election for Grigory Pomadchin on project LocationTech RasterFrames™ (locationtech.rasterframes) was started by Simeon Fitch with this criteria: Grigory Pomadchin recently added Buffered Tiles, Focal Operations, and a STAC API Datasource to LocationTech RasterFrames™ team and has already made an impact on the project. He as also been quite active on our Gitter channel helping new users out.
