Hi Horacio

I think the QVTi evaluator is nearly ready for promotion to Eclipse. It 
seems to do many useful things and hopefully the UML2RDBMS difficulties 
will be in expressing the intent in QVTi rather than in executing the QVTi.

I think all the new classes can go in a new 
org.eclipse.qvtd.pivot.qvtimperative.evaluation package, with 
QVTcDomainManager renamed as QVTimperativeModelManager. We need a 
QVTimperativeEvaluator to provide the execution facade that simplifies 
the test code.

I've raised https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=405987 to 
track this addition. Since it is new code developed wholely under my 
supervision, there is no need for any approval from Eclipse IP.

Once committed we can proceed with a committer election so that you can 
maintain it within Eclipse.
