Hi Horacio

I've pushed some tidy-ups to the edw/master branch to simplify the 
hierarchy and use more releasable Eclipse plugin structures. Merge them 
to master if you're happy with them.

The final commit is a start on the kind of call structure I was hoping 
for in mappingCall. Don't merge this one, cherry pick the others.
