[query-dev] Request to Organize Milestone and Deliverables for Jakarta Q

As we move forward with aligning the Jakarta EE specifications, I suggest that we organize and publish the deliverables for the Jakarta Query 1.0 release milestone.

Following the example set by other specifications—such as:

• Jakarta NoSQL Milestone 1.1

• Jakarta Data Milestone 1.1

Could one of the committers please create a GitHub milestone for Jakarta Query 1.0 and begin outlining the key deliverables and goals? This will enhance transparency, enabling contributors and implementers to track progress more effectively and collaborate more efficiently.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if there's anything I can do to help with this process.
