Galen is there a reason why you don't have the "recognize artifacts by prefix alone" in the preferences checked?
Esp. with remote/sync projects that's more reliable. That should be the default, and the include path isn't used for anything else that I can remember now.

The attached jpgs lay out the issue. I've copied (using GO) the include/ from the remote system to the local to satisfy the preferences' include paths for both the project and eclipse as shown in the first 2 jpgs. I always get the message from the 3rd jpg when trying to show openacc artifacts:
