Thanks for the reply!
We are simply using the rebase command from the user level. We are not doing anything different than normal. This worked with our older git plugin so should
work with this newer. I’ll also reply in the forum.
Also, because of our classification our eclipse does not have access to the internet. So, the juno update site does not work for us. How else can we obtain
the eclipse/plugin updates we need?

Robin,
This looks like a bug in egit, not related specifically to the EPP parallel package.
Just to be sure, you might try installing all the git features from the juno update site on top of your eclipse, to make sure we have packaged
all the egit pieces correctly.
I would comment in the bug exactly what you are doing that causes the problem.
Robin Rosenberg's comments in the bug indicate that they need more information to chase down the problem.
You might try it also on a base eclipse download - e.g. Eclipse Classic - to make sure there is nothing to do with the parallel package. I doubt it makes a difference, assuming we have packaged
the egit pieces correctly, but the egit team that investigates the bug may feel better prepared to chase the bug if you document it on the eclipse workbench they are more likely to be using.

I’m not sure if this is the right forum, but I am submitting here since this is related to the Parallel Application Eclipse…
Our team has installed the Juno Eclipse for Parallel Application Developers. This distribution comes prepackaged with egit. We are having the same issue documented here:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=373160 but
are not sure if there is a resolution. Has this been resolved? If so, please advise on how we can get this fix. Thanks!
