I'd like to change the name of the PTP package from "Eclipse IDE for Parallel Application Developers" to just "Eclipse for Parallel Application Developers". The "IDE" part seems redundant to me, and just makes it more of a mouthful.

If anyone has any objections, let me know, otherwise we'll change it for RC3.
