That sounds like a good idea to me, Roland – I’ve detected a lot of interest in this as well, even amongst application developers.
RC1 (!). Yikes. Need to do more testing. Time is flying by way too fast. Your message went into my junk folder, unfortunately, Beth, I fixed that –

Hi,
should we include Egit? Git seems to becoming more popular, C/C++ package includes it also, and since we already include Jgit it wouldn't add that much.
