No. It's just on the public developer builds site, with a file name that's easier to type :)

Subject: [ptp-dev] Parallel Package for Indigo SR2 RC3 available on downloads site
The final RC3 build is on the download page: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php?release=indigo
This is our last chance to fix anything that will show up on the public eclipse download page for the Parallel package,
so please test!!
Please report your testing here on ptp-dev; e.g. by replying to this thread.
Thanks.

Hi all,
the Indigo SR2 RC3 EPP packages are available from the development tab on the download page:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php?release=indigo
For everyone who wants to try updates from older package versions, you need (at least) the maintenance repository plus the EPP repository at download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/indigo/SR2.RC3.295.
Thanks,
Markus
