Photran now installs OK on PTP 5.0 on Eclipse Indigo (3.7)

But it looks like the version number of cdt.feature.group is 7.1:

OK, sorry, I just changed our dependency to CDT 7.1.

In my defense, I assumed that cdt-master-8.0.0 would contain a version of CDT that was... well, 8.0.0...
