Well Jeff made me notice that we had a N&N for 3.0 so i put this in a similar place.
I moved it to
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/new_and_noteworthy/4.0.0
And the old URL redirects there.
There is a link to the old 3.0 version if you're interested, too

I have created a wiki page
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/new-and-noteworthy-4.0
in order to collect donations for PTP 4.0 New & Noteworthy.
Please append a brief description and hopefully a screen shot.
I will build the 'real' new and noteworthy to put in the help text (and probably donate to the Helios release info later) from this.

There is a dummy item in there now. I will remove that when we get some 'real' content.
