I don't think we got an answer to your question, Jeff, but I ran a build again
When I try to install Photran ( I did not attempt to install the intel feature) I got:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Photran End-User Runtime 5.0.1.200912212210 (org.eclipse.photran.feature.group 5.0.1.200912212210)
Missing requirement: Photran End-User Runtime 5.0.1.200912212210 (org.eclipse.photran.feature.group 5.0.1.200912212210) requires 'org.eclipse.rephraserengine.feature.group [1.0.0,2.0.0)' but it could not be found
The site.xml has it
<feature url="" id="org.eclipse.rephraserengine" version="5.0.1.200912212210">
<category name="Fortran Development Tools (Photran)"/>
</feature>
But the features dir has:
org.eclipse.rephraserengine_1.0.1.200912212210.jar
The photran features were 5.0.1
So it's the 5.0 vs 1.0 thing still
And in plugins/ the versions are 5.0.0 and 1.0.0 not 5.0.1 and 1.0.1
So I think your observation in the attached email is valid.,
