I've scheduled a termination review for the Eclipse Polarsys 3P project: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/polarsys.3p/reviews/termination-review

and a corresponding GitLab issue to track the status of the review: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/emo/-/issues/125

 

Please do encourage the Eclipse Product Lifecycle Management Platform elect a new Project Lead.

The Eclipse Product Lifecycle Management Platform is still active. We can encourage to elect a PL.

Dear PMC, 

at the beginning of September 2021, we've contacted a few EF projects to encourage them to find a project lead using the public mailing lists. 

 

The project lead role is of great importance for the EDP, being responsible for the overall well-being of the project. They own and manage the project's development process, coordinate development, facilitate discussion amongst project committers, ensure that the Eclipse IP policy is being observed by the project and more.

 

Time has passed, and the following projects still have not elected a PL:

 

Please engage with these projects and support them in the election of a Project Lead. Let us know if we can assist you in any way.
