 the Papyrus IC monthly general teleconference. Meeting agenda will be send
  before end-of-day on the Friday prior to the meeting.\n\nPlease note that
  the meetings that are scheduled the month following the end of a quarter 
 will be used as Quarterly Report meetings. This means that the monthly mee
 tings in April\, July\, October\, and January (except for this year) will 
 be considered as Quarterly meetings. We may have to find an alternative fo
 r the July meeting as many people might be on vacations.\n\nAlso\, I have 
 not scheduled any meeting in December at this point. This specific meeting
  will have to be scheduled earlier in the month since it will most probabl
 y be the meeting during which we present the final budget and plan for the
