Do you know if there is a place where I can find exhaustive list of those characteristics/criteria and associated comments describing how they are evaluated? It would help me preparing a first « auto evaluation » as support for discussion with Gael.

Hi Raphael, The goal of a PolarSys Solution is to satisfy the needs of a market segment, has to be stable, thoroughly tested, etc. it also has to be sponsored by the steering committee and needs to have a PolarSys Solution lead. A good indication is usually if it is used to develop products at an end user company where it covers the needs of a specific development phases: Requirements analysis, System design, Architecture, Implementation, testing, etc. You can discuss with Gael and if ReqCycle meets all the criterias we can bring this topic at the next steering committee meeting.
