Unfortunately, "Bug XYZ" is a vague to begin, so on Polarsys we assume 
Bug XYZ means Polarsys Bugzilla.

At Eclipse, we assume Bug XYZ means Eclipse Bugzilla.

I'm open to suggestions on how to make this more intelligent.  The Mylyn 
project suggested linking to the actual bug in the commit message (as 
opposed to simply Bug XYZ).  Please see:
