* Specifically concerned with fixes that improve the Java development
experience (e.g. Platform, JDT, Web Tools, Maven Integration, EGit)
* Prizes are okay (it's a skills competition)
* "Available high-priority bugs"
* Participation is low, but seems to be picking up
