[platform-vcm-dev] getting started with sync view

I realize that the base code for the Synchronization View is not officially
an "API" in its current state. However, we are getting a lot of requests
for this functionality from our customers, and would like to take a stab at
implementing a Synchronization View of our own based on the internal sync
packages.

I have to admit that we are having a little trouble getting started with
this, though. Is there any documentation out there on how a repository
provider should use the sync classes/interfaces as they exist now, or at
least how CVS makes use of them? Lacking that, any hints to get us started
would be *extremely* helpful.
