I'd vote for this and suggest using tasks, just like Team already does
for files that are neither checked in nor ignored. We have a bit of a
problem keeping the extensions in sync between our workstations and have
been bitten by binary checkins a couple of times. Incidentally, this
might also be a way to cope with files that have no extension at all.

Steve
