Re: [platform-vcm-dev] Team Operations from top level menus

In general the pulldown menu is either a repetition of the context menu,
with potentially
different functionality - e.g use advanced dialog rather than do operation
directly for something like
get/checkout,  or it provides non resource specific functionality.

Since the operations are available from the context menu in the first case
for often used choices, and the non-provider specific functions are not used
frequently, I don't see there being a great disadvantage to having the Team
top level with provider submenus.

Alternatively,  can we have an obvious published location on one of the
existing top level menus to optionally add our functionality.    The Project
(possibly Workbench from reading the mailing list) menu seems a good place.
