[platform-vcm-dev] API changes in next Integration build

Just a heads up to any providers who make use of the FileTypeRegistry 
and/or the global ignore facility.

The API for these two facilities will change, effective in today's 
integration build. These facilities have become static methods on the new 
class org.eclipse.team.core.Team. See the javadoc of that class for 
details.

It is possible that the API may change again (very slightly) before the M5 
milestone, but these changes will be minimal and I intend not to change it 
after M5.
