Well, It seems to be a general problem. Please try this:

- Create a new Java project, Project name: test, Directory: c:\Test
- Delete the project from the workspace.
- Create a configurable project, Project name: test, Directory: c:\Test
- Quit Eclipse.
- Start Eclipse -> Project is closed, properties show that the location
  is somewhere under the workspace path ...
