We are looking at both the migration case and the coexistance case (two
people working on the same project, one in 1.0 and one in 2.0).

Will the Team 2 CVS implementation provide a migration and/or
transformation of existing repository .vcm_meta files to .project files
under the proposed new meta data scheme?
