[platform-vcm-dev] VCM 2.0 - enabling EXT in the plugin.xml file?

Hello. I have the latest integration build, and am trying to enable EXT
support for CVS, so that I may use SSH in the manner I have used
successfully in the past with VCM 1.0.

The release notes mention that EXT support must be manually configured
in the plugin.xml file. Could someone please let me know:

1) Which plugin.xml file to edit, and 

2) what am I looking for in this file to enable EXT?
