        Subject:        Proposed changes to ITeamProvider and related (creation, registering, 
etc.)

Please find attached a proposal to change the ITeamProvider interface and 
related classes.

Included in the zip is provider.doc, the description of the changes, and 
prototypes of the new/affected java files.

Comments appreciated by Monday.  Ideally we'ld like to have the changes in 
for the M3 milestone build (Feb 15).  If there are no problems voiced with 
the proposal, our intent is to actually have the changes in for the next 
integration build, Feb 12.
