[platform-vcm-dev] Team plug-ins broken in Integration build 20020129

Due to an oversight, the Team plug-ins are not functional in the 20020129 
build.

Problem:
The plugin.xml files for org.eclipse.team.core, org.eclipse.team.cvs.core 
and org.eclipse.team.cvs.ssh contain incorrect contents.

Solution:
You need to retrieve the plugin.xml files for these three plug-ins from 
the CVS repository. The revision for these projects is V2_0_4.
**NOTE: the file you need to retrieve is plugin.xml.off, NOT plugin.xml. 
Retrieve plugin.xml.off and rename it to plugin.xml for each of these 
three plug-ins.
