[platform-vcm-dev] Major changes to org.eclipse.team.cvs.core

This e-mail is of interest only to those brave souls who have been
self-hosting on the latest CVS team plugins.

The package org.eclipse.team.cvs.core has undergone some major refactoring
in HEAD of dev.eclipse.org. Although we have performed several days of
testing, HEAD should be considered unstable until the next integration
build and should not be used for anything real. The last stable baseline is
versioned as V2_0_3 for all team packages.

If you have been using the CVS team plugins (or want to), please use the
versions that are included with the latest integration build (I20020123).
They are off by default but can be turned on by renaming the plugin.xml.off
files in the org.eclipse.team.ui and org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui plugin
directories to plugin.xml.
