-Reworked the repositories view. Much happier now.
        -Auto-defining works for branches but not for versions yet 
(pending cvs API)
        -Browsing streams and versions other than HEAD still doesn't work 
(pending cvs fix)
        -You can actually define branches and versions, and they are 
persisted.
        -The defined branches/versions are not validated (i.e. they can 
contain any characters). (pending cvs API)
        -Visual structure is similar to VCM 1.0.

-Added "Show in Resources History" to IResources (Navigator, etc).

-Made IResource actions adaptable. This way we get them for free in places 
like the packages view.

I'd appreciate any feedback from people who are using it.
