[platform-update-dev] Removal of Feature attributes for os,nl,arch,ws

In 2.1 the eclipse features for Motif
and GTK had the attributes set for ws="gtk" and ws="motif"
having both installed on the system at the same time meant that you couldn't
update eclipse as the configuration was invalid because while running with
motif the gtk feature is invalid and running with gtk  the motif feature
is invalid.

This has been kind of an open issue
and the for WebSphere Studio Workbench we replaced the eclipse features
for these with ones that didn't have those attribute's set.

Other issues are listed in the bugzilla
above.  Does anyone have a use case where these attributes would be
useful? If so would the similar plugin attributes for the plugins listed
in the feature be able to replace these feature attributes? I'd like to
see them removed from the features due to all the problems they cause.
