Ths philosophy caused more grief and complaints than any other. In some
case the 'install' had three steps (install shield, import into repository
and load into workspace).
trust me when I say user were not happy and that they rather have
install/available.

We appreciate your comments, but IMHO we should wait to see if this is a
trend as we would break the 'defacto' install==available standard
