[platform-update-dev] Votes for committer rights for Wassim Melhem

Hello,

I would like to ask the existing Platform Update component committers to
cast their votes in the matter of promiting Wassim Melhem to the state of
committer. Wassim has been PDE UI component team member for several months
now and has shown discipline and good judgement that earned him the
committer status there. We would like Wassim to help us deliver Eclipse
Update 2.0.2 and 2.1. He has already provided some bug fixes for Update UI
project during the Eclipse 2.0 cycle and the quality of fixes was high.

As an Update committer myself, I am casting my first positive vote.
