[platform-ui-dev] PLEASE: Action Required: Project Plans Update

Second attempt to
get your attention.

Please update
your project plans. Mark each item either as fixed or deferred. It looks
really bad if you have plan items marked with "To Start". Also,
Platform UI needs lots of work. Lars, can you have a look?

update your project plans to reflect the final status for 2018-09 (4.9).

NOTE: This is
an important part for our release review to pass, so please do this asap
but no later than Wednesday EOD.
