[platform-ui-dev] Build submission for Eclipse 3.7 at 16:00 EST on Apr 2

As we start milestone builds earlier, I'll
be doing a 3.7 build submission today at 16:00 EST.  Please leave
head in a good state by 15:30 EST.

I'll also do a build submission tomorrow,
April 21st, at  16:00 EST.  Again, please leave head in a good
state tomorrow by 15:30 EST.

Since Friday and/or Monday are holidays
in some countries, the fun of milestone week will start a few days early.
 The first build toward 3.7M7 will start on Thursday morning at 1am
