I get a test failure consistently for the test org.eclipse.ui.tests.concurrency.Bug_262032 and hence I'm skipping the build-submission that was planned for today. This looks like a test for mutual exclusion between UI-thread and a background job. Raised a bug to track this, see : https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=327519.
