[platform-ui-dev] 3.6.1 RC2 all day test pass Thursday

Wed, Aug 26th is an all day test pass of 3.6.1 RC2:

We need to verify the bugs that have been fixed in 3.6.1 (we have
approx 10).  We also need to use it to make sure that it hasn't been
destabilized.
