[platform-ui-dev] Work on 3.6.1/Helios SR1

Our RC2 build will be in 2 weeks, Aug 25 Wed 08:00 EDT

Since we're in RC2, you need another committer to review the fix as
well as a +1 from Boris.

We have 4 bugs targeted for 3.6.1, and most of them appear to be mine
:-)  Please review any of the bugs that are being considered for 3.6.1
and make a decision on whether to include them or not by this Friday,
August 13th.
