nominated Yves YANG as a Committer on the eclipse.platform.ui project. The

The e4 move review in anticipation of the Eclipse 4.0 release (see [1]) has
been successful. As a result, we will be moving 17 bundles to the Eclipse
Platform project.

Yves is one of the e4 committers. He contributed icons and fixed a good
number of bugs. Since some of the bundles he was working on are moving to
Platform UI, I am nominating Yves as a new Platform UI committer.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 47 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Yves YANG must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
