Actually, that's a deficiency of the portal and the way Unix groups are 
set up at the foundation, see 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=249648 .

Only actual Platform/UI committers should vote here. Even I could have 
voted for myself :-/.
