I don't recomment a keyword for this, adding one is a pretty big deal and
they stay around forever.
You can easily put something in the status whiteboard though, you can put
anything you like there.

OK. I'm going to move them to won't fix; add 'Migrated' keyword and add
the
comment Remy suggested. So if someone feels that its an important bug to
him, let him reopen/file a new one. I'll triage it over. Hope its fine

I am with Krzysztof on this one. I would also suggest that the comment
says something like "If this bug is still important to you and
relevant to
the current Eclipse development stream, please state your reasonings
and
reopen this bug." or something like that. This could help the triaging
speed
a little bit because bugs that people care about would be
reopened->triaged
quickly whereas the less important ones (this is open to
interpretation of
course, I should say, the ones that people do not seem to care about
anymore/as much) will be taken care of over time via the keyword
triaging
method.
We should also keep in mind that some of these will be reopened against
former committers (Tod, Karice, Kim, Nick, MVM, Doug, etc etc).
