[platform-ui-dev] No Platform UI build submission due to junit failure t

I encountered an error in the UITestSuite
- testInputIfHiddenBug69953.
Therefore, I did not submit for this
build since I could not be sure of the quality and I assume it'll also
fail during automated tests.

I've opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=275075
to track this issue.  Trace is below.
