1) I will fix the current Mac test failure today (I have reproduced it)
2) I will do the CNF API changes to make the behaviour good this weekend 
for next week's I build.
3) I like Boris's proposal for the bugs.
4) I like (but don't have a very strong opinion on) the more fancy 
shared images thing from Paul.
