[platform-ui-dev] Request for community comments on a CNF issue

I'm going to post this in the RCP and Platform newsgroups.  But it seems 
it might want to go to other mailing lists as well.  I'm not well 
schooled in this sort of thing.  Anyone have ideas as to how to get the 
word out?
