I've added the API tooling nature/builder to the org.eclipse.ui.carbonfragment. The one class in this bundle, the CarbonUIEnhancer, has forsome reason been API for years now. This class contains nothing ofvalue that a client couldn't get by simply including this plug-in intheir configuration so I have marked it as @noreference. If anyclient IS touching this class explicitly (rather than simply includingthe plug-in) please let me know before 3.4 ships.
